Has anyone ever filled in the gap in their teeth?

I have a small gap in my upper fron teeth. I have gone back and forth with filling it in versus leaving it alone because I think that its my signature that makes me original, I have been told its not noticeable, and I've had it for so long I think I will actually miss it. Plus thats my only dental flaw. What do u think?

I am in the same boat as you. I notice it...other don't. However, it is something I have always wanted to change...therefore I am doing it.
Reply:only you can decide this one for yourself. i am sure it really does give you character but on the other hand you may feel better about yourself if you get it fixed. you probably notice it way more than anyone else does. good luck!
Reply:I had the samething, be very careful if you have the gap filled in with a composite resin (white filling) this may make your front teeth look to big, and it will give you the bugs bunny look. I went through a year of braces and 2 years wearing a retainer to fix my gap.
