I have an underbite, 2 missing teeth in the back and it's not my wisdom teeth, and a crooked tooth. Do i need to pull out any teeth or do surgery?

The best option is to have a consultation with an orthodontist who will take impressions of your teeth and an xray to look at how your teeth are place in relation to the jaw. After the consultation the orthodontist can tell you how the treatment will proceed and the cost. I have seen cases like yours that are done without surgical treatment and I would not expect that you would need teeth removed. Have your dentist give you a recommendation or ask a friend or collegue for a recommendation. Then you can make an educated decision. Hope that helps!
