Parents!!! what would you doing if your child went missing!!?

My heart would be broken for a start

If my child went missing my other children would be chained to me! and I would`nt want to visit the pope.....from all the crying, hysteria and searching with my bare hands i would probably stink to high heaven from not even caring that i hadnt changed my clothes , brushed my hair, teeth etc etc from the time she went!!

high tea with the pope!!!! ffs get a grip and look for your child who you shouldnt of lost in the first place!

Parents!!! what would you doing if your child went missing!!?
celebrities always like to look their best though dont they!
Reply:I wouldnt be living the champagne lifestyle.
Reply:I totaly agree with you.
Reply:Here Here well said!!!!!!!!
Reply:You may be right, but remember they have 2 other children to care for

Just to clarify [before I get lynched!]

The question was what would I do!! and I would be looking after my other 2 kids!!
Reply:they are a bit....together, arent they?
Reply:i agree with you it doesnt bare thinking about i wouldnt put my other 2 kids in the cresh either like she is
Reply:same as you,I would go to pieces, would not cope at all.But some people are different and they seem to be able to go on,maybe its their faith,i really dont know.
Reply:Hi,

My children are 5 and 10 and I wouldn't lose them.x
Reply:I totally agree with what you have said.Seems to me their Church / Faith means more to them .
Reply:No offence but the last thing I would be doing is leaving my children in a creche or playgroup to have a jog on the beach! Either would I travel Europe with my kids you don't know where the abducter is! Im sorry just my opinion xx
Reply:Am with you I would of asked my mother to take care of the other 2 when she came over as I could not possibly take care of them ...I would walk the streets hire a car and would only sleep when I could go on no more .......I certainly would not be wasting time talking to the media ......
Reply:I agree.

Allan B they don't seem to be looking after the other two most of the time so dunno why you said that..
Reply:it doesn't bear thinking about......hope there is a God and He shines down on the McCanns
Reply:I wouldn't certainly not make it a circus. I would never ever ask anyone for money, just ask for your help if you seen her/him to contact the police immediately. I totally agree with you too.
Reply:I agery with you .one feel when his/her child went missing.
Reply:agreed. mccanns need to back off with the celebrity life in the media thing, and if there is a kidnapper, maybe they would make contact. All sounds a bit bizarre to me, are they really that naive to leave the children, or is there more to this. I would be absolutely gutted but then I wouldn't have left my child, so I would not be in that position. The times I leave my child are for work and occasional and I mean occasional social things, and always with a trusted family member. If a child of mine had gone missing I wouldn't be leaving the others. omg ....
Reply:I thought they were staying put till they found her, now they are touring the world and leaving their two little ones behind.

actions speak louder than words.
Reply:I would be in pieces and unable to carry on with a normal life. I certainly wouldn't be able to do my face and hair and pose for cameras or be interviewed on TV. Nor would I want to tour Europe, whilst avoiding the one country in which she may have been spotted, ie Morocco.
Reply:Visiting the Pope would be the last thing on my list of things to do. What is the Pope going to do to help me find my child? He just sits there and waves most of the time. Oh! That'll help, for sure. He's just a man among men.

I would be out, knocking on doors, begging people in the streets to help me. I wouldn't sleep unless they knocked me out and even then I would wake frantic in the middle of the night calling for her.

I would make sure that my child, if she were still alive, at the very least, knew that I was looking for her, not visiting pomp and circumstance and having high tea, whooping it up with the Pope.
Reply:I have already answered this question:

Ok my sister's daughter went missing for about a week and a half a number of years ago and not one of us sought attention from the local and national newspapers for financial recompense. We worked closely with the police and my sister who suffers from an incurable illness [ similar to M.S ] scoured the length and breadth of parts of East and North London and so did we the family..... and we used a private investigator. We worked in co-operation with her schools and friends, etc She was eventually found safe by the P.I ....

Not once did my sister behave in the absolutely abhorrent manner in which the McCanns have conducted themselves! My sister was ill and I mean really ill [she still is ] and she still went out on the streets to look for her child...

The last thing on our mind was money or ribbons or media attention. Even the father of the policeman shot a few days ago said they wanted privacy. He looked like a broken man and his son was alive! Also, Sarah Payne's parents did not start this media circus which surrounds the McCanns now and neither did James Bulger's parents......

The McCanns have no decorum!!!
Reply:What I would NOT be doing is writing a BLOG, and going on an unnecessary world tour, FHS!

And even if I was crass enough to publicise my thin veneer of concern I would never mention my wife's jogging prowess down to the nearest minute. I would be racked with worry, emaciated and unable to sleep, eat, function at all. Basically, I would yield to my sentience. Mr McCann is a bleak and grim figure and I bet they don't need a fridge in their mansion with him about.
Reply:i wouldn't want to talk to anyone, cry all day and try looking for my child myself.just thinking of it makes my heart go funny!
Reply:I would do everything within my power to look for them, not swan around like a celebrity having high profile meetings with religious leaders and heads of state. This is just one big media circus now.... I wouldn't be surprised to find out that one of the McCaans have sold their story to Hello or OK magazine, or even publish a book.
Reply:Well, first i would be running up and down a mountain at 7am on a saturday morning-19minutes,dontcha know?....then i would probably be busy getting ready for my next photo shoot, and my other kids would just get in the way,but they do seem to enjoy a full day every day in the creche with strangers....then there would be the european tour, and the trip in the private lear jet,the pope, the press, the daily blog on the website...oh,busy busy....
Reply:CRY !!!!
Reply:Remeber Sara Payne I would look like that. A total wreck of a woman.

My children mean the world to me and I would need to be medicated!

I wouldnt be swanning round Rome getting friendly with Sir this and Sir that.
Reply:i think the same as loui3 they do seem 2 calm,my daughter is 1 and a half i would be completely dead inside if she went missing,i would tear the earth up 2 find her but then again no ware is safe i wouldn't of put her in a separate room or even left her on her own not for 1 minute,I'm security conscious anyway, but that's me-it just goes to show though u don't know what goes on behind closed doors

i do think though that there's somin funny abt it..
Reply:i surprised they haven't got bush on the case .that will be the next thing tea at the white house . its utter crap
Reply:Several things happen to you when tragic things happen they come in many different ways at any one given time and one emotion will come then go and come back again.

I would be in total shock, panic, scream, cry, all in one go. I would crawl on my hands and knees until they bled just looking for my child. I would not eat or sleep I would be out every single day looking as I would have the want and need to do something.

I would not wash, bath, do my hair and make up and if anyone knows me that to me is a huge NO make up on at all times but this I would not give a fig. I would have the same clothes on every day cause changing them would not be thought of.

An audience with the friggin pope is the last thing I would request no matter how religious I was!!

I would DEMAND an audience with the cheif on ploice every single day asking what are they doing no getting on a plane to see the pope.

There is only one thing that I would say the same as Mrs Mccann is that is I would never be able to come home without my child one way or other.
Reply:I have no idea how i would react or what i would do .. it doesn't really bear thinking about does it ?

Do u want to imagine what a filthy paedophile would do to your child ?

U are entitled to your opinion and this is mine

I suggest u get a grip and hope and pray that u are never ever put in that position ..
